market cove working?

It looks like the market cove is working again now. I was told to wait for that to happen before posting this again:

Can you please check if this bid for 10 crystals was successful? Nobody else's bid appeared after mine. I'd like the crystals, or the 6000000 gold back, please.

could a mod please answer this? I watched the market cove screen refresh with me as high bidder. Market cove was NOT working fine at that time, as I was told when I first posted this. I was told I would have to wait for it to be fixed before you could check if I had won the bid or not.

There has been problems reported with the market cove. The Dev team are aware of this.

The problem entails, that a player bids, wins, and does not receive.

And a bid for crystalls will be dependant upon which server you're on, what time of day it is in conjunction with the server. e.g. early hours of the morning on wednesday will be cheap compared to 6pm saturday afternoon. But for the English server, I'd say 6mil is a good bid.

Unfortunately after checking your market cove data, it shows the bid for this item, but does not show you as the winning bidder.

At this occasion you were not successful in your bid.

 

So someone bid more than 6 million in the final second of the auction? oh well, bad luck me I guess. Thanks. You can close.
