    i will buy Jolly Legacy from bucaner bounty for 14 days, and i add to cart that jolly legacy
    i add to card 7 days use crown, and other 7 days use pearl, i just buy 7 days use pearl? other 7 days use crown can't buy

    I believe it is because you can only have 7 days maximum.

    no, in bucaner maximum is 14 days, we can buy 2 times 7 days use crown, and other 7 days can buy 1 by 1 use pearl, and me buy 7days with crown, and 7 days 1 by 1 use pearl, i add to cart together 2 item with crown and pearl, problem is only pearl can buy, and 7 days crown not buy

    Ahoy,

    This is because the 1 Day package is purchased before the 7 Day package. The requirement for the 7 Day package is that you have 0 days of the item/buff you are purchasing; therefore, as you the 1 day package was purchased first, this invalidated the 7 Day package, meaning you were unable to purchase it.

    Unfortunately, we are unable to assist in this matter, as this is the way the system works. We will forward this information to the team however, in the hope that this system be corrected in the future.

    My recommendation moving forward is that you buy the 7 Day packages first, before buying the 1 Day packages, that way you will avoid this issue in the future.

    yes i know must buy 7 days first,and i already have 0 days joly legacy and i will buy 14 days, i add to cart in same time 7 days and 1 days, but only 1 days buy, other 7 days not come
    really this is not fair

    This is because even though both are added to the cart, the system has to book one package before another; in your case it was the 1 Day packages it booked first, which resulted in the 7 Day package's requirements not being met.

    Unfortunately, as stated above, we are unable to assist in this matter, as this is the way the system works. We will forward this information to the team however, in the hope that this system be corrected in the future.

    The 7 Day package will be visible again, should it be available, when you lose the remaining days of the buff.
