you don't even need to click on it to have it reset to zero just log out and later when you log back in your skill buffs are all at zero percent. yet another BP "glitch". On the bright side the payment section works great.

 

same here goes zero when i log off than than too start all ower agien no way befor ita fix but taking yers befor this vill be runing agien now is alantis ann payment the onllly thinkina abort not small things like Big bugs ann so on

Yes, the master skills still resets when you log or jump into Atlantis - issue has been already forwarded.
