Mega American Server lag

    So yet another day of lag, that bring the count of lost premium days to about 7 this month with no compensation as usual. NOt to mention all the lost buffs, sellswords and trainers days. No wonder the number of players is dropping. Maybe they should program an autorestart every 30 min to keep it running.

    or every 4-6 hpurs since it seems to be a daily thing specailly on the weekends

    Or maybe invest in better servers. I know for sure they get lots of money from us.

    fix the servers or be the last penny i spend on bigpoint services cause this is abosultely *edit* cant even play a game cause i lag every 20 seconds trying to collect shineys absoultley *edit* thought after a week or 2 of being off cause the same issues with lag maybe its time for a permant stop

    their just way to cheap to upgrade the servers they make more then enough money to upgrade to a better service provider but nope theirscrew their paying custemers

    I do not jnow who the alerts are being forwarded to, but that is obviously a complete waste of time. Please DO NOT just close the issue, until the issue is resolved. Provide updates to what is being done to resolvr the problem DO NOT thank us for our patience anymore, that is *edit* and does nothing but aggrevate. The lag today is terrible, and has been going on for many hours. Fix the issue.

    so much for the cabin boys causing the lag problem, seems as though the developers don't care if the game works well or not

    Ahoy,

    Thank you for your reports of the lag issue, there is now a restart coming in about 15 minutes.

    To answer a query placed in here; when this information is forwarded it is forwarded to the people who are able to restart the servers. The restart is then scheduled as soon as the possibly can. Unfortunately this can sometimes be a long period of time.

    All of your feedback will be forwarded and please be assured that the Seafight Team is working to try and correct this issue, no one wants this lag to continue.

    As this has been resolved for now, this thread shall be closed.
