Merchants and Postmen

Is there an unannounced event happening now? These two ships are now on the sea, but there has been no announcement of an event with them and so no info on what the objectives of the event are and what to do with these ships.

Anyone know what's up?

So, an FAQ was created, but no announcement? Also, it does not show in the event dropdown on the sea, it only shows the Marauder event as active.

 

Also, in the Event FAQ section there is another new FAQ for an event, but there are no start/stop dates in it? All very confusing.

For Whom the Bell Tolls event

 

The "For Whom the Bells Tolls Event" is at this time available for testing in the Open Beta.

It seems that the FAQs are going to be made available before any OA are made for events, so players are able to read and try to get accustomed to the event before it goes live and is announced in the OA.

Unfortunately we do not make these kinds of decisions on what will be posted and when, we just follow directions.

I understand that its out of your control, but it was odd that the announcement for the current event (time for change) came out when the event was already active for over 8 hrs.
