    i want to change my msn and pasword but when i try i dont recieve any message from the game ... can someone help me ?

    Have you verified your email address.

    To do this, you will have to go to the “Profile” page and click on “Account data” button (the one right above the Level indicator). Here you need to enter your password and confirm your email address.

    You will then get an email from us with a link. You need to click the link to confirm your email address.

    i make all of this thing i have put new pasword and repeat pasword but i dont recieve any message

    you will need to contact support as you may be on an email blacklist, this does not mean you have done anything wrong just that at some time bp have registered you as not wanting to receive emails, once you have been removed from the blacklist you will receive the email to verify the change.
