    Dear BP,

    I think its about time you guys fix your game, we DON'T need no new events, we DON'T need any new systems in the game, we DON'T need new cannons, we DON'T need new gems, the ONLY thing we NEED is the game to serve the basic purpose of a game: To be playable.

    With 20 second delays, NPC's shooting faster than us, while we shoot 3x slower than usual, our pets moving way faster than us, not being able to fight, not being able to scroll without spending 30 minutes on a single wave, it is impossible to even play the game and make us get forget of the issues we have in real life, it only adds frustration to our lives because we are paying money on a game and all we get is non-responsiveness in return.

    You dont need to have a degree in business, game developing or any other degree in order to realize that if a game is not PLAYABLE, we wont be able to play it, so why dont you guys FOCUS 100% of your efforts on making the game PLAYABLE again instead of developing new things in which we would have to spend money on. You guys are losing customers, which means you guys are loosing A LOT of money from future purchases that the people are leaving would have done.

    PS: You guys dont even have to fix the chat, because the chat would either be completely empty, or full with people complaining about the lag...

    Thank you for your feedback this has been forwarded. Each and every complaint regarding this matter has been passed to the team. They are aware of this and the IT guys are working on it.

    I know and totally understand your frustration at continually being told thank you for your feedback ect. However as we are not able to resolve this matter ourselves we do need to forward this to the team, this is what we do on a daily basis. We are only able to inform you of what we have done, and that the team are informed, and unfortunately there are not a lot of different ways to say this. Hence most replies are thank you for your feedback this has been forwarded.

    Seren, you are fowarding the feedback to the wromg people, the US servers are in lag again as I write this. Whoever is getting the feedback is incapable to address the issue, or just plain doesn't care. The lag isn't fixed, and it looksd like you are getting ready to start another event. What do you think is going to happen. Obviously they need a full time staff, that means 24 hours a day, to assist with the servers until they are fixed. It is complete BS to have to wait for 10 -12 hours until someone comes back to the office to address the issue.

    This lag problem has been going on since before the merge (for the West server)...this is not a new issue nor an amount of players issue.....this is a MAJOR ISSUE that has not been addressed properly for OVER A YEAR! Why is that?
