Milestone 3, Gem Craft problem

after crafting my canon damage gem lvl (13) to lvl (14)

my shoot power went down hell..before i craft my gem i was shooting 7500 with hollows without gunpowder( Using my 60 canons lvl5 upgrade + 10% hit probability puff from last event ) now i hit only 7100! my shoot power went down as well using elite balls!!

Can you look and fix this for me plz

The damage you do worked out using many factors. Yes an additional 1% of your base damage will be added, however, this can be very small and would be averaged out over many shots.

 

Shiver?? before i craft gem i was hitting 7500, now after add +1% damage my shoot went down to 7000..u understand me?

 

lvl 27 elite, 5/5 Ogun's Wrath, 5/5 Explosive Alchemy, 5/5 Fist of Ogun, 5/5 Agwe's Aim, canon loader 6/6, gunpowder flask 6/6, Manual of naval tactics 6/6, Cannon storage 6/6, 12 decks (10 upgraded decks+++ , the 2 payment decks) + 5% bonus canon damage + 10%Polished Muzzle + 257 canons 60's lvl 5

U still think shooting around 6900-7k hollows every shoot is normal??

 

well, do any MOD will do the work assigned to him?? some MOD pass this to the support! i need this issue to be solve.i'm not upgrading gem to get my shoot power lose down about 700 damage power every single shoot!

as far as i paid on this account i need this problem to get solved, and give me my normal shoot i deserve with the abilities i had, it is listed up comment..or u can check it urself on my ship by ur power as a MOD

 

I am afraid that due to the number of options for equipping a ship we are not able to calculate individual accounts. The system is tested regularly in order to make sure it is working as it should. Please also be advised that you will not shoot the full amount of damage if you have a mix of cannons.

 

loool mix of canons?? i only use 1 type of canon..when war i use my 60 canons lvl5 upgrade, when farming i use my admirals,i think it is problem with polished puff..not working probably

Shiver do me a favor and pass my problem to game developers, they will know much and i think they might find the issue and solve it
