Missing account

    Well a couple of years ago i seem to have lost an account. from some reason when i would try to log in it wouldn't work at all. I tried searching my boat name but it said it didn't exist. i tried the emails but it didn't exist. So i quit the game. I'm just wondering if the account was somehow deleted? My last known name of the account is below. I was just hoping it could be recovered or something since i had put some money into it and it would take awhile to build up again. Thank you for taking the time to read this. I appreciate it.

    Ahoy mate,

    If you have not logged into the account for a while, the account can be deleted. If it was deleted we cannot help you unfortunately. Do you know the UserID of the account by any chance?

    oh wait my user ID: dam idk all i know it was in the 10 millions

    I don't want to be a bearer of bad news, but without a userID I cannot help you. Ask your mates if any of them have old screenshots where you userID may be or a room in ts where your old enemies kept IDs. Or possibly a friend list in game. Without it I cannot assist you further.

    One more question.. What if i were to tell you the card number used to purchase the pearls i had bought? even if it was years ago?

    If you remember the email address you can select the forgot password option and then select the forgot username and it should send the account details of all ships that haven't been deleted to your email address. If you don't receive the email then it's deleted.

    As for the credit card details that's more of a CCT thing rather then forum moderators you'd have to talk to support

    Please do not post cc details on the open forum, as suggested you could try using the forgotten password function to find your account or the user search to find the account id if you know the user name.

    It was deleted then. Because i tried the forgot username and password many times and it had said it did not exist.
