Missing battle point gem

The Storm Petrel design will also have a special buff which gives you an extra 50% Battle Points. The design will also have 10% bonus on harpoon damage, no matter what your elite level is


I do have this design and took the gem off and now when in the safe haven to place it on my bonfire design it is gone.

Do you know of any changes to this valuable gem and would you find it for me?

The information that we have been given is that gems do not fall from an account. If you no longer have the a particular gem, this is because you have either moved it to another design or have over written it when making changes.

I am sorry but we are not able to manually replace gems.

As mentioned before, after looking in the safe haven, that 50% BP gem is nowhere to be found as far as I can tell not on any ship or in special gem area, maybe you guys can find it.

Unfortunately, as Shiver has mentioned, we cannot manually replace gems that are no longer there. Your best course of action would be to send a ticket to customer care. They can help you and look into the issue deeper.

 

Maybe I can help Challenger.
Some of the gems have a "visual error". Look into some of the other posts on these gems and try out a few things to see if you notice a difference. My understanding (I haven't tried them myself) is that the Agate gem that says +50% Damage vs Players is the battle point gem you are looking for. Another gem with this error is the garnet. It displays an ELP bonus, but is actually a harpoon bonus. Other gems, such as the VP for the Krackenhunter were completely removed due to the fact the design was introduced with more attributes than spaces for gems.
Best I can say is to build a couple of boats and look for the differences, but don't expect Big Point to fix anything they made mistakes with, let alone admit the problem. Many posts in these forums have proven that support does not help. They are too busy writing new mistakes
