Missing Kings Legacy days

Seren - Reference your above thread from the official announcements yesterday. The accurate amount of Kings Legacy missing days and for due reimbursement is Seven days (7), not the incorrect Five days in your above post.

If you look at the dates on your own earlier post below, they had still failed to resolve the issue on the 6th January. The correction was then applied a day later on the 7th day of the month. You then posted an addendum on the 9th January stating the adjustment had been eventually carried out.

Update

This is still the 5 days as first informed. This is due to the fact that this is the amount of days that were due when this matter was first thought resolved.

After this they also issued these players with the extra reward.

"In addition, all winners received 2 additional booty bags to the 1 they were meant to get. For example, 3 Emperor Booty Bags instead of 1 or 3 King’s Booty Bags instead of 1."

So as previously stated the 5 days the players are missing has indeed been forwarded to the appropriate people.

 

So we get fiddled out of Two days simply because they (the developers) couldn't manage (again) to draw and allocate the prizes on the correct advertised date?

Then to try and justify and appease customers of their blunder they throw in a few booty bags. Edit Bigpoint (lol)!

Never mind though, as long as we get our Five days back that will at least be of some small consolation.

Another note - Is there any news please on the Rebate Discount package reimbursements that were forwarded onto the, 'appropriate people'?

 

As and when there is any information regarding the rebate packages then it will be announced.
