Missing Pearls

    When I logged into my account just now, I noticed that I am missing all my pearls, about 70,000 plus and I am negative 3,747 now. I think it has something to do with my successful bids. I hope you can look into this and rectify the problem soon so I can use my pearls for purchases.

    I play in Global Asia 1, User ID: 329/41849619, level 7, elite level 5 (267,065 elite points).

    I am confident that you will be able to solve my small problem so thank you in advance.

    We are aware of the current issue regarding the loss of pearls. We hope to have this resolved as soon as possible.

    As I have no further updates at this time.
