Missing Stern Post upgrades

    85/30594013 Its been a while since I looked at my castles. Just now noticed they have been bumped up from 5 to 6 upgrades per slot. My problem is, I have 5 upgrades opened in Aft Castles Stern Post but just realized the uprgrades are gone. All 5 of them. Im wondering why they are missing. When I was upgrading castles, I did them one at a time. Buy or upgrade the slot to a higher level, then buy the upgrade one level at a time. I noticed that I have been moving much slower than normal vs other ships, thats why I looked at my castles. Bummed

    WHat I ment is when did you upgrade these so that I know where to start looking. I fit has been a long time ago I need an idea of what date to start looking.

    Truthfully, when I actually spent money on this game was a long time ago. Thats when I thought BP was ok. I dont anymore and would never spend money here anymore (especially now after losing stuff I paid for). I honestly couldnt tell you when. I know now that asking for user ID is just a natural response for admins. I always expect that response and thats why I led off with my user ID. So thanks for not taking time to read my post and then back peddling on your response. I figured since I dont spend money here anymore I would get third world treatment. Thanks for confirming my suspicions.

    Can I state that Tex obviously made a slight error, however your post is rather insulting, none of the team treats anyone any different from anyone else. We have no issue if you spend money or not, our aim is to help all, however we are human and can make human errors at times.

    I hope your castle issue is now resolved.
