Monthly login bonus . .

Hello, would someone please take a look at this? I logged onto the water and was about to collect my login bonus when the game logged out unexpectedly, by the time i was able to log back to the water, the login appears to be broken, any help appreciated. http://prntscr.com/fnxgwr

Oh . . and yes, I cleared cache as well as refreshed several times, just to see if it was something on my side, but if asked, will do so again.

Not sure if this will help, but on the water page there is a dropdown, like for the guild thing, that has the login item in it. Its under the "star" icon, the present . U might b able to access it from there.

 

thanks 4x4x4, but I had already accessed that before, and everything had vanished, I had logged on right around the same time as reset . . I'm guessing that was the problem . . anyway, the problem sorted itself out, and I was finally able to collect my daily hehehe, mod, please close and thanks anyway

 

Did this occur at 12 am, Pacific Time? There have been reports of this happening. After a few minutes, the log in bonus area will then reappear, and you can collect your bonus. I will leave this open for you to reply.​

 

When this happened to me, it took place right at 7am CST. apologies as I'm unfamiliar with Pacific time.

 

As this problem did indeed resolve itself this post will now be closed.
