    When I logged in this morning, the Monthly Login Bonus window did not pop up. I tried to pull it down from the menu, and it indicated that there were no items available. What gives?

    Please can you try logging out, clearing your cache then logging back in and attempt to claim the reward again.

    Failing that, can you please leave your Server and User ID so that this can be looked into for you.
