moving up in league

    this was said in the patchday notes today-

    Bug fix: Some players could not get promoted to a higher league – FIXED

    was it fixed, i dont think so. i want to move up in league to barracuda. the forum has
    i need elp of 100,000,000 i have 121,000,000 and Season ELP 5,000,000 i have 7 mill+
    and still cant move up . so what is wrong
