1.2.7 Users are authorized to create multiple accounts on the Portal. Several Games, however, prohibit the use of more than one Account by one and the same User (“prohibition of multi-accounts”). Detailed information is provided in the rules of the respective Game(s). Bigpoint strongly recommends that all Users with multiple Accounts carefully read the respective rules of the Game(s), because the use of multi-accounts in certain Games can lead to an immediate ban of the User.
Furthermore, even in Games permitting Users to have multiple accounts, communication, or any kind of interaction whatsoever, between accounts of the same User is prohibited (ban on “pushing”). In particular, an Account may not be used to create advantages for another Account from the same User, for example, to transfer items or game currency from one Account to another Account of the same User, or to allow one Account to fight against another Account of the same User.


Using multiple accounts to sinking other players is prohibited , Terms & Conditions prohibit interaction between accounts the same user , the use two or more accounts is the interaction and advantages (duble damage) against other user , rules of the game will never allow to use multiple accounts against another player !!!

In these topics team close the discussion but does not give a clear interpretation of the rules , the role of the team is close and not explain? please accurate explanation which is not allowed when using multiple accounts I have put just one example of what not to do.

 

You can not use two accounts to assist the other to gain an unfair advantage.
You can not shoot your own account.
You can not use one account to do all the damage on an npc and take final shot with other account, unless in a test situation.
You can use both accounts to attack another player.

There are so many different ways of using two accounts, we could not possibly list them all. We would only be able to cover them all when the situation was presented as a query, to our Customer Care Team.
