    I want to know if having multiple accounts and using them to attack another player is allowed? This guy has these accounts and is using them to sink me. In the link below from 2015, it says as follows:

    Using multiple accounts to sinking other players is prohibited , Terms & Conditions prohibit interaction between accounts the same user , the use two or more accounts is the interaction and advantages (duble damage) against other user , rules of the game will never allow to use multiple accounts against another player !!

    I am attacked frequently by players with more than one account. This is not an illegal tactic. It becomes illegal if that player has another player running one of their accounts.
