    You know, support tells me to be patient, but I seem to one of the last ones with this problem. Where is my level 3 priest? I bought all the voodoo packs, therefore I should have it for quite some time. Please look into it for me if you can! thank you for your time!

    Ahoy mate,

    Unfortunately, you're not going to like what I have to say. Once you contact customer care, you take the matter out of our hands. Their power supersedes ours therefore we will have to defer what they say. You will have to continue to deal with support. Also, as this is a payment issue, this is also support's domain. We cannot help with payment problems on the open forum.

    As we are not allowed to help with this anymore, I will have to close.
