    2017-12-22 03:53:43 250000xPearls was/were removed. Reason: Buy a preset. 2017-12-22 03:53:33 100000xPearls was/were removed. Reason: Buy a preset.
    I did not buy anything but my pearl are gone castle nests do not have the same change
    I did not buy ammunition
    where my pearl help me please account control pearl

    What you have purchased is a Preset. These presets can be used to set up combinations of cannons, pets, castles, crew and expansions into one set so you can quickly change.

    If you go to your Ship Overview page you will see a drop-down box in the top left that will eother say Preset 1 (or something similar) or you may have renamed this. If you click this drop-down box you will be able to change to a new Preset. This means that with just a few clicks you can switch from fighting cannons/castles/crew over to another preset that has full investment in Harpoons or Boarding.

    I do not this this is possible. I would suggest you write to support and tell them you have bought a new preset slot accidentally and would like it to be refunded. I do think however that the presets cannot be reversed, but it is worth trying.

    This error message always comes up at the moment. The ticket will have still sent to support so just confirm that you had a confirmation email. If not, try and send the report again
