My ship's skins change "automatically".

It's not supposed to do that. I don't want to automatically go from one ship gem setting to a different one "automatically". It has done this a lot today, and it's frustrating. I tested it in safe haven, and my skin changed when I selected a different set-up. But also - I had one skin on outside of safe haven, and when I crossed the boundary into safe haven, I suddenly had on a different one. That time I did not change my set-up. I also had on my rift skin in the rift map, and came out to a different one. Again, I didn't change my set-up. It's messed up.

 

I don't if this helps, but just in case... I know the ship is linked to the preset so different presets can have different ships. Also, from personal experience, I have occasionally accidentally clicked on one of the ship buttons instead of the preset dropdown which then keeps that ship on the selected preset. Then I'm confused when I go back to the changed preset and see a ship I wasn't expecting.

If none of this is relevant, then I have no idea what is happening to you.

 

Yeah, I was thinking of you when I made my post. I remember the bug that linked the ship preset and specific skin with the last time it was used. But this had that, plus just going from the Seachart to Safe Haven, or out of the Rift map into Safe Haven. My skin switched in both cases. I didn't mis-click anything. It's probably like many other things on here that are broken and never get fixed. I was in the Rift map today and my "dragonfire icon" vanished from one of my toolbars "like magic" while in the heat of fighting. The toolbar's padlock opened by itself. Rymar has insisted in the past I must have mis-clicked on the padlock. The problem is, this often happens to **all of my toolbars at the same time**. I didn't "accidentally" open all of them! I doubt my reporting this "skin switching" will get looked at, but I'll be hopeful. P.S. My best time on the Rift map so far is 23 minutes and 39 seconds (without the Sigma). So I've managed to beat all 30 waves, and in a fairly decent time, but it's really tough! I hope you have success with it as well. One thing to try is *not* to use Bloodlusts and/or Recklessness items in that map. The damage you take is magnified dramatically. (You can use them - selectively - later, in order to lower your run times).

Firstly, Please check that you have the desired designs linked to the pre sets you have set up.

What you have described is not something I have encountered myself, Has this been a one off you have experienced or is this a persistent phenomenon you are finding?

If this continues could you please contact support giving as much detail as possible so this can be looked into deeper.
