    Ahoy mate,

    It would depend on the usage of the name. This post is referring to the names being copied specifically with the intent to confuse and harass player.

    this instance is another player in enemy guild copying my name like that. only difference is ~ at front and back of name

    with that intent, i have many harrassing me now bc of it

    As the name does not look exactly alike, we would not be permitted to change this name of the other player.

    They always back step from what they say, it is clearly going on GA1 to, causes issues see many accounts with same or so close is to cause issues and now BP back-stepping from official post! Are we surprised, not me.

    It has also now come to our attention that players are copying others players names, to look exactly alike. This is not acceptable and will face suspension of main accounts, when the chat ships or baby ships are matched.

    This is classed as harassment and will be treated as such. This is not a case of simply all guild friends copying the same name, this is the taking of another player from another guild to cause trouble in game for that player.
    ^ that rule

    applies directly to problem i have now, so i ask if it qualifies under that. if not upholding rules now?

    Figo is not exactly the same as ~Figo~ so as stated, we are not backtracking. These names are clearly not the same.

    except players read the names as the same. 2 special symbols dont make it different
    ~Shiver~ would make you think it applies to you correct ms.shiver?
    and if it didnt apply to you, you would say the same thing if others said it was you. It qualifies under harassment since a slight variant still holds the same name with no way to see difference between players
