    on 17 feb 19 i lost my ship and was sent to lvl 1 from lvl 17 i lost my pearls gold crystals and ships i had been inactive for 6 years and was gettin back in support rejected my issue with no explanation i wanna know why and what about the real money it took to build that ship and all the time i put into it. i think i am owed a detailed explanation of how and why this happened
