    I havnt been able to change my password i have not gotten any emails or ect from bigpoint i already reported to u guys twice with this q it keeps giving error when i send it to support and they told 1 of the mods told me here theu still send but i havnt heard from support can anyone help me cuz its just crazy dealing with stuff that cant even get fix my # 15441110

    Ahoy,

    Having checked with our Support team they have answered all tickets that have been sent in.

    No support mail gets lost and they all get answered, if you have not seen the reply, please check the following:
    • The email address you are entering is correct
    • Check your spam folder
    • Ask your email provider if they are blocking our email address.
    If you have checked all of them and still having an issue, try to enter another one of your email addresses in the Support form to enable you to have contact and work through the issue.

    As there is no further help that we can provide here on the forum, all the advice has been given and the user is contacting Support, this thread shall now be closed.
