    yesterday 2 design went on sale you took our currency, today a new design has been released valued at £24.99 what about yesterdays that dont work?

    These are 2 separate issues, they are working on yesterdays designs. The release of the new design for purchase would already have been put on line to go live.

    everyone that bought design now has gems except people who bought it before it was removed they still getting the short straw when u going to fix this?

    You will need to have patience as a script has to be run to issue the gems required for these designs. We have strict instructions that these are not to be placed manually, as they will not work in the system correctly.

    We do not have any time span for this script at this time, but will keep you updated on this matter. I can confirm it will not be until towards the end of next week at the earliest that this will be resolved.

    We apologise for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
