    Neither of these are mentioned in the forum. Its is only a 3 day event so I expect there is just no Black Market or Payment Items.

    That's for the freedom event that starts noon (LST) not the Sightseeing Sorcery event and I do believe there will be payment packs for key packs and soul eater ammo, don't think it will be in black market. Noon Saturday they will do for the exchange the souls and keys from last event maybe something in market after that lol. But you could use up left over keys from last event before noon Saturday lol.
