    How can I get dragon powder? and the other new items?

    Thanks.

    And, How can I shoot 230.000 to a Gilblade with flares? last days I saw someone shooting that :/ and I only shoot 140.000 in the same situation. (gilblades)

    Dragon powders are current available in some payment packs. We can not comment on further availability as we do not have that information.
    It is absolutely possible to do that much damage on an NPC. From the Seafight Bible:

    Maximum Damage

    And that isn't updated with the new Gems/Slots/Cannon type that we are working on at the moment.
