new npc brutal envoy

    Black Hearted Killer
    • HP: 50,000

      • Gold: 200,000
      • 1x Raid Medallion
    • Boarding Value: 2,000
    • Boarding Loot (1 of):
      • 50x Regular Pirates
      • 20x Experienced Pirates
      • 50x Dagger
    That is currently what I have received. I shall update if I get anything else.

    Cargo, currently is in all maps and not giving any reward, however it is used for the new Vovoi Quest Line which you can start from Alexandros (2/1 Safe Haven).

    Arky i could only take the quest for 150K dmg in 2/1. i'm a level 23 ship. Am i missing some things for the quest line to continue or i have to go anywhere else then 2/1? cuz the quest giver theere says theres no more quests for me.

    After you have finished the first quest in 2/1 Safe Haven, there is a Quest Giver located in 1/4 called Norton Maxwell - he is not on the mini map and sails around.

    Here is a spreadsheet of the Vovoi Quest Line currently, until they release more!
