New Pet

    After seeing some of my friends were able to get a pet at the black market for 1 pearl I went there myself to buy it but it is not showing up for me. Can you please look into this for me.

    My friends who told me about the pet are on the same server I am. They were able to buy it but it isn't even showing up in the black market for me. Even my husband was able to buy it and he's on the same server I am.

    This was placed in error. All player who purchased this have had the pet removed and their one pearl replaced.

    I'm sorry Seren but you are wrong. Yes it has now been removed from the black market but not from the players that already bought it. I know this because my husband still has it on his boat. Now the fair thing to do is to make it available to everyone. That pet is good for a smaller boat like myself as it offers a decent buff for beginners. Currently the only 2 pets I have are lame and I was looking forward to getting this one. I have the squid that you get for free at the beginning and the firedrake neither which give you any kind of good bonus. Instead of showing it to us then taking it away just make it to where everyone can get it. This is the first real chance I've had at getting a "better" pet and now you're telling me it was a "mistake". That is just wrong and is bad business!

    Please could you give the information of your husbands account so this can be reviewed. As this is indeed supposed to have been removed, and we are informed that it has been.

    Hi Seren, I'm her husband. You should know that no one on the server has had the pet removed. Everybody that I know that bought it still has it. Until I see that theirs has been removed I don't think I should give you my info. I refuse to be singled out.

    Be advised that this pet should not be available at this time and will be removed shortly from this server, to stay in line with all others.
