    in the bestiary there is a new pet call the phantom dragon but there is no details in the forum on how to get it.

    Ahoy mate,

    The Phantom Dragon does not appear to be available at this time. The Emerald Dragon can be earned by logging on to the water today only. But the Phantom Dragon has not been released yet.
