New Seachart/Maps

They completely stink! I normally do not wager but I'd be willing to bet Seafight will see a mass exodus from the game with the reduction of the maps.

Not good and on the edge myself.

Anyone else with their first impressions?

 

Is it not more possible to see glitter on the minimap in the right corner? I can only see npc in the minimap

hate to say it, the glitter map was removed permanently

 

if map 1 is PVE - who cares if PVE or PVP if a new small ship without even voodo lvl 1 priest and less than 200k hp gets sunk by a bunch of Titansmasher's in no time? Makes no difference for the affected player if permanent sunk by NPC or other player? No idea what bp was thinking - if there was a thinking. :-(

 

Sorry to say they dont think with the game thier main focus all they see if $ signs in thier eyes and hear the ching of money, the big boys will continue to pay to play while others dont want to put money on a lost game no wonder BP got rid of it as they squeezed out as much money as they could whilst completely ruining one of the best games going.

 

Some few observations;

* I can't see the logic of the map number system/order of the maps.
* Old monsters seems to be in "old" maps and haven't followed new numbers. They need to be re-located.
* Less glitter. I use to think it was a nice bonus for active players to add pearls and mojos to the daily work.
* 1/1 problems; Akkorospawn + Karkinos boarding problem. + Titan Smashers. They seems to hurt pretty much for plenty players.

 

i guess this update was the brain wave after a heavy night out drinking my opinion....total sham !

 

Or maybe yet another Beach Party with the privileged few!

It is noted that all guilds have now been allocated up to 10 islands. A change made after a certain guild some time ago attempted to dominate and keep every island, acquired by what can only safely & reliably be described with the use of their questionable 'Automated Navy' which operated in unison.

 

just for fun, i created a new boat bought 30$ buc pack. loaded seachart, and i'm not joking when i say, i was sunk well over 37x NON-STOP with at most 5-10 seconds in between from those unloved like step child titan smasher npc's. Who ever idea these npc were should be fired, and have hot soccer moms point and laugh at them. after about 15 minutes of being un able to even get to a safe haven, i just closed out window and fantasized about Oprah going bankrupt.

 

There is no logic to this new map order. I have no problem reducing the number of lower maps somewhat but the order makes no sense at all. Every time I want to switch maps, I have to refer to the sea chart to see where I going. Ridiculous!!

 

i want what the developers were having when they thought up these new changes-then i might be able to understand why! the new maps and changes are not going to attract new players-period!! plz just read the above feedback from the players that have been here longer than me-they understand the game more than i do. that is my feedback!

 

Most people can count from 1 to 35 in order. It's a shame that the developers for the new sea charts skipped school the day they were teaching how to count.

 

I'm doing a level 17 quest to defeat 1 Karkinos. what's the spawn mechanic and is it found in map 17?

Where's the next volume of the sf bible?

Hello Swift, I would like to make a complaint. In map 8 and 9 there are a load of Titansmashers. I have 250 k hp, but cannot even make it through the map without getting sunk.

At one time (WHILE I WAS MOVING) I had 7 Titansmashers shooting me at the same time. Could you guys please reduce the amount of Titansmashers like 90% or something? I beg you.

I cannot even look for Karkinos with this many damn boats.

I can see you have reduced the number of Titansmashers a lot now, and I'm really thankful!!

But maybe you can reduce it a little bit more, cuz I am still under almost constant fire. And they also shoot very fast (3-4 sec reloading time), they move fast, have a very long shooting range, and they damage much. A much deadly combination.

Maybe you can reduce their reload time to 10 sec? Like most other npc's? These ships are made for 27+ maps, so no wonder a lot of people are complaining. A lot of my folks wont even go there without tortugas anymore. (These are good folks) That ought to tell you something?

And please slow them down too, and reduce their damage. If they are not supposed to be on 27+ maps anymore, please adapt them to their new environment. Please. I beg you. Its like you put Admiral Quintor (or another crazy ship) in the 3-4 maps where people have zero dmg-reduction, its a crazy idea right? Same goes for Titansmashers. I want to please be able to come to the 8 - 9 maps.
