yes figured it out eventually. How much reputation is required, or is it just completing the quest line?

Looking at the requirements for some of the new trophies you could play for 10 yrs and not reach the requirements. After 5 yrs I have lots of the old trophies that haven't met the requirements and these ones that include regularly used items.
So though it seems a good idea to the 'dev team' in reality it's a non starter.

No remembrance quest from sea eagle??

In order to unlock the quest you need to open the trophy slot as well as obtain one of the trophies (eg. Momento of the Lost Fleet).
