Newsletter Address

    Give me the (No Reply) address to newsletter that you say is automatically being blocked because they told me they weren't, I get all kinds of no-reply junk mail in my junk folder every single day and not ONE from Bigpoint/Seafight newsletter, so they told me to get the address to said no-reply mail and could look into it.
     
  2. If you have verified your email address, and you have indeed previously subscribed to our newsletters, you could check with your isp. A lot of providers will block mails based on criteria and one of those criteria happens to be a "no reply" address. Ask them if they are blocking our no reply email and ask them to release the mails to you.

    Unfortunately it seems some of our no reply emails are being blocked by email provider automatically. They view all of these emails as "mass spam" due to the high number of users requesting such mails to their accounts.

    We have no way around this I am afraid, we cannot help in this situation.

    I have been working with them they say these are in my safe senders list newsletter@bigpoint.com, newsletter@news.bigpoint.com, newsletter@news.sefight.com and no-reply@bigpoint.com! They said checked my account and have none of yours blocked so why I asked what is the address being sent from because all of those are in SAFE SENDERS . So it seems problem not on my side. But as always with this game broken and says it's us not your broken game who here is surprised by that anymore!

    Seems all time get this answer from support and forums: We have no way around this I am afraid, we cannot help in this situation.

    Have you remembered to look in your junk and spam files too.

    The address that these particular vouchers were sent from was, seafight@newsletter.bigpoint.com

    Yes nothing in junk file, all those addresses are in my safe senders list is there another address being sent from? Microsoft/hotmail said I have nothing in block list or auto sweep from bigpoint/seafight.

    Have you changed email addresses? Are you sure you have verified your email address? Were you definitely subscribed to the Newsletter prior to the vouchers being sent out? Are you on the email blacklist?

    The system sent the vouchers, their is no one there pressing a button saying that person will not get. It is simply down to the criteria being met.

    If you did not receive one then we are unable to assist, as it is nothing from our side preventing these types of mails being sent.

    Yes have 2 emails and both have been verified and both accounts are subscribed I change between both trying to get newsletter something have been trying to get fix for a year support says account not on blacklist or blocked and close tickets. Like I said I have done all I can. I switched my email again yesterday to try and see if it had blocked addresses hotmail and outlook both of what I use tell me they are not auto blocking and none of my setting are blocking or auto sweeping from seafight/bigpoint I have them from both emails set in safe senders list.

    Unfortunately we are unable to assist any further in this matter. If your email address is not on the blacklist, and you have verified your email address, and you have subscribed to the newsletter, then it is not a fault of bigpoint, or seafight.

    I know you do not want to hear this, and I know you are frustrated, but there is nothing further we can do in this matter.
