Nice to see the congestion error is still in play! damn

    It has been almost 5 days since i was last on the water due to this game haven issues with congestion errors at 21% ....and connection lost error at 25%.

    I am not a happy camper ... no quests no game play no nothing FIX THIS!

    we better get some kind of compensation for this major inconvenience..

    I have cleared catch.. cookies...history / everything and hit F5 and nothing works i have also updated everything hoping it would help .. how many times do i have to complain in order to get this issue fixed.

    Well it's up to 49% now.. I've been stuck at 21% all weekend.... I hope this situation improves before I consider spending money on this game.

    Have you tried using a different browser? This has helped players which I have spoken with.

    Yes, have done that, cleared cache, etc etc etc.... Today I can't even log in period now. So I think this is going to be the last time I post in here. I'm giving up and will not entertain the idea of purchasing a subscription as I orginally planned to do. Too bad really, that this system can't stay working for more than a few hours at a time.

    These are temporary compatibility issues. I personally have little to know issues with logging in, but know others who have loads of issues. The main thing is to keep trying different combinations of timing and browsers as well as clearing cache etc.... We realize it is a pain and we apologize for this however, until the dev team manages to work out these issues, this is the best advice we can give you. The system does work it is just a bit testy to figure out. We appologize for the inconveniences caused.

    It took me 10 tries just to get on the water today and the lag was so bad I could not play. These issues were non-existent before the hurried, untested roll-out of the last couple of events. How's about just stopping with all these "events", which are just an attempt to get people to spend money anyway, and take some time, with nothing extra going on, to fix the very obvious server problems. This nonsense about "Clear your cache" and "Try another browser" should not even be a part of the discussion. It's total deflection - BP trying to place the blame for incompetent techs and programmers on their customers instead of manning up and fixing the problems. I play games at other sites run by other companies and nobody is having ANY of the issues experienced here. Sorry, I really do hate to complain, but this has been going on for a long time and is only getting worse. Poor!
