    Have tried twice with issue get a success but no auto reply and ticket number, is system down or just no more game support .

    Yes, I have never had issue with going to junk file when having them in contact list. Wanted to know why event npc kill tracker not working on my account. Also claim button not working only go to shop works.

    In order to claim your rewards you need to buy 5 packages, if you did not do that then you need to wait for your reward.

    NPC kill tracker? As far as I see we dont have one for this event.

    I bought all 2x packages trying there are no more packages to buy still did not work

    Well if that's the case then you can only try to log out / in and press Claim.

    If that do not help you will have to wait for answer from Support.

    done that and has not worked why wound up buy all packages thinking that waqs issue wrong guess again, alway game issues just like npc tracker in evnt not working again

    I will repeat once again, we DO NOT have the NPC tracker within this event.

    You can only view the event ranking which is working correctly.

    Regarding your issue there is nothing that can be done within the forum.

    Like advised please contact Support.
