    Hi,
    I bid on a 55 pounder canon in the event section and according to my log i won the bid but i've not recieved my canon in my ships store ( Log entry - You submitted the highest bid and have won 1 55-Pounder. You can now use your winnings.). please can you help me to resolve this problem. Thank you

    Ahoy mate,

    If the cannon is in your logbook you did receive it. Checking your account, you did win the bid, and as there is a logbook entry, the cannon was credited to your account.

    Hi Nimitz, Thank you for your reply but sorry it still hasn't appeared in the storage trove. I've checked several times but no sign of it. Thank you again

    Unfortunately, this is as much as we can help you with. From our side it appears that it was credited to your account. If you wish to take this further, you may contact support. They will be able to help you more with this. But, we cannot do anything more from our side on the forum.
