no chat box

    have question my chat box disappeared ive reset and cleared everything still nothing ive checked baby boat and it too has no chat box anyone with a helping idea would be greatly appreciated

    Ahoy mate,

    If you wish you can post your user ID, this would help us to see if it is an issue on your end or SF's end. Then we can better help you from there.

    For now, have you gone in to the options menu and checked to see if the "chat box" option is checked?

    yes i have its checked ive both unchecked and restarted and rechecked it and restarted it it started doing this yesterday was working part day logged went had lunch came back not working i even checked a baby boat and it too has no chat box id as per request 40/2201789 anything you can do would be appreciated

    Ahoy mate,

    I have logged into your account and see the chat box. It was moved all the way down to the bottom. It may have been hidden on your monitor. I have moved it to the center of your screen. Please let me know if this helps you on your side.
