    I can't get my chat window to open. I reset it in my configurator and still nothing.

    Clear your browser cache+cookies and restart your computer. Has worked a few times for me

    if your having problems with the chat window sometimes it will lag so bad it takes the chat window a few extra after the water page has finished loading up what i do is i turn the chat off then back on sometimes that works if not then do what aegis said to do and if by some chance it still dont work contact support they are useless but sometimes they actually do solve some problems
