No credit for boarding the Karkinos

    I had lost my ticket to board the Karkinos and when I boarded it and went back to get my reward the quest giver didn't aknowledge it. Woud you please correct this. Thankyou.14/42414259

    After having reviewed your account, you do not have a high enough Boarding value. You are at 12672 and you need a 15000 to boards so your attempt failed and that is why the quest giver will not redeem the quest.

    When I boarded it I used my preset 2 which has a boarding value of over 1700. I heard the pirates shouting and i actualy boarded it twice Please check my log. Thankyou. 2019-04-07 - 19 24 09 and 2019-04-07 19:20 40 14/42914259

    We have checked all three of your attempts, and on all three occasions you did not have enough Boarding Value to win the boarding attempt.

    14/42414259 When I boarded it I had switched my preset to #2 which is 17000 + My log says that I boarded it and received a reward. Thankyou.

    Please could you copy and paste the section from your logbook where the reward is received? As we have checked and the information we are seeing is that you failed the boarding attempt and did not receive any rewards for boarding the Karkinos.

    1. 14/42414259 It's all gone of my log now. I didn't know that you had to stop playing when you have a problem. But I don't feel right about having to take this loss. The first time I may not have swiched my preset. I was attacked and sunk by another player when I was about to board. But the next time when we found the Karkonos again I switched it to 2, 17,000. This proceedure was explained to me by an advanced player so I wouldn't loose all my elete items needlesly. I put a lot into that quest and dont appreciate this outcome. You are only looking at my boarding value on preset 1` . 2 is where I have all my elete etc. Thankyou.
