no emails recieved

    my email works fine and everything else sends me emails but this game. Whenever I want to change some info, verify email or anything i never recieve the email the game claims to have sent.

    We are sorry to hear you are having difficulties.

    You will want to make certain the email address you expect to have responses sent to is the same that is on file at SeaFight/BigPoint. Sometimes players sign up with a different email than they use daily.

    If that is not the problem, be sure to search you spam/junk mail folders. Sometimes filters will shunt commercial emails there.

    If that does not solve the issue, perhaps a post to the technical problems thread would illicit a solution.

    try checking what email is on your account under profile and account data and also try sending bp requesting to see if your email has been black listed once you find your current email for the account BP has and does black list emails if they did yours it would explain why your not receiving any emails ask them to release your email at that point and you should receive emails at that point
