No Event Quests - Both On Dark and Freedom

    Neither event is offering quests. Jack Hawk says he has nothing and the Quest button doesn't show any for Freedom either.

    The Freedom Event doesn't start until midnight tonight (Monday - 11/16) which is 2 a.m. Tuesday 11/17 (my Server time on Mega-America).

    There will be another “Jolly Roger Day” (Czech Republic and Slovakia) starting on Tuesday, 17th November at 00.01 (local server time). The Event will run until 17th November at 23:59 (local server time).

    Well, I've sunk two Freedom ships so far, so I think it has started. ;) Its been the 17th since 1 hr and 37 min before I posted this thread on GB1, the server I'm playing on. Its now 3+ hrs since the Freedom started and still no events.

    Well I got on at 12:30 am server time 1351/EU 7 which is 5:30 pm my time in US and can confirm there is no event quest for either event running did daily quest and in the 3 hours I was on seen 1 event ship for On Dark and Stormy Tides logging off 3:30am server time but I bet after the restart will be working as designed!

    Stormy Tides apparently just started (the ticker is now on), but I saw the "drunken shipwrecks" right after I last posted so who knows? I suppose had they both worked correctly we would have all passed out!

    Well, the freedom event has ended, so it no longer matters. And the event quests are now available. Its just to bad that it took 3 days to get the first quest completed (including the delay in getting it at all). And the icing on the cake is the second quest is to do 50M damage to an admiral ship that I've never seen spawn in any of the maps below 37 (the lowest I saw). I've only seen 8 of the regular event ships in the whole time since it started.

    Its a shame the programmers went through all the trouble to create a different than the usual event but it doesn't actually work in practice. No event ships = no event.

    Might as well close this.
