    Hi. This is the second time that I didn't receive an extra jewel when I completed the quest "Make anew".



    What should I do?

    Do not do a single redeem fragment quests till the error is fixed or you will never be rewarded at all.

    Hi, I know. But I tried because another player got a jewel when he completed the quest. So, I wanted to try it. :(

    I'm back. I completed the quest in an European server and I received a random jewel. So, I tried again in my server (American) and I didn't received it. :/

    2025-03-24 22:50:23 10x Jewel Fragment was/were removed. Reason: Quest delivery.
    2025-03-24 22:50:23 Congratulations! Quest completed.

    It seems like this quest is working correctly and there is only chance to obtain the Jewel.
