    I logged onto the sea chart this morning and the monthly bonus window did not pop up. This is the third time this week that I have had something screw up on logging in. What is going on?

    It may really be slow to load that pop up due to your current internet speed at that given time however, if it doesn't automatically pop up you can click the "GIFT" box on your sea chart and it should within mere seconds pop up for you. As Loki mentioned it is also based on your server time normally every 24 hours.
