no queens legacy from battle of titans event ?

i had 3 wins on the west server the ouranos team won all 5 phases i was on the winning team for 3 of those phases i would like to have my reward as everyone else has recieved theirs and i even wrote support about this and still nothing i paid for well over a million ammo just so i could get the queens legacy here is my server and id please 146/17446943 verify thanks

It states there was an error and this will be issues at the beginning of this week. In the future, if you contact support, we are no longer able to help you. They will supersede anything we can help you with.

It is indeed hijacking and a warnings have been issued to hijackers. However, they make a point about patience therefore I have kept it. All following off topic comments have been removed.
