    Obviously you are aware there is a lost connection issue with the USA Mega Server. One of the mods stated that the appropriate BP staff had been notified. Several hours have passed without resolution or update. Why is there no response or update? Why do you ignore your customers? Most importantly, why isn't the lost connection issue fixed?
