No reward from Hexxed map

    Hi,

    After doing the hexxed map with the result of perfect i received no reward, i already had the design but didn't receive booty bag or crystals:
    2015-03-19 09:25:43You sank Ceto Hexxed's ship.
    2015-03-19 09:23:11You sank Ladon Hexxed's ship.

    Update

    If you have received any of the designs and then received empty rewards from the bossmap, please contact support with the logbook entry of the sinkings of the Ladons/Ketos.

    Please also show the log book entry showing that you have received the design. You will not get the booty bag reward if you have not won the design previously.

    As you have been forwarded to support this thread will now be closed.
