No rewards after getting the design in hex map

    I have received the perfect design from the hex map. since i did i have not received rewards when finishing perfect. I am supost to receive either crystals or booty bag is what the forum says. It is not happening

    Yup, thats true, i got after design 2 times crystals 80 of them but after i didnt receive any reward, and as i hear on my server noone received those Kings booty bags, so maybe some bug again.

    Update

    If you have received any of the designs and then received empty rewards from the bossmap, please contact support with the logbook entry of the sinkings of the Ladons/Ketos.

    Please also show the log book entry showing that you have received the design. You will not get the booty bag reward if you have not won the design previously.

    As you have been forwarded to support this thread will now be closed.
