no server restart announcement.

    at 09:30 uk time there was a restart but no announcement everyone got logged out. me and my guild had nearly killed a typhon when we were rudly logged out. i lost alot of ammo due to this failure to announce restart. im not happy not happy at all can you look into this and book the rewards to my account or at least give me my ammo back.

    We are aware that there was no warning of the servers restarting, however it was important that this was done immediately to prevent further issues.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience, unfortunately we do not give personal compensations, any issues which are due to our server faults are experienced by all players on that particular server.

    That is why any compensation that is offered from our side is offered to all players. We regret that you have had troubles but we cannot give you anything as compensation I am afraid.

    i wrote to support they are dealing with it and said i would get compensated.
