Not getting rewards

I have been shiney hunting, killing raiders, NPC etc and nothing yet has gave me the reward.

The servers are all back up and running as they should be. But as far as compensation goes, you will not like the answer, but unfortunately we do not give personal compensations, any issues which are due to our server faults are experienced by all players on that particular server.
That is why any compensation that is offered from our side is offered to all
players. We regret that you have had troubles but we cannot give you anything as compensation I am afraid.

 

I understand none of this is your fault so please realise my displeasure is not with you but i am very frustrated at the moment it feels like everything that can go wrong with this game will.

I know i have benefited from this event greatly and i appreciate that but i have seen no apology from Bigpoint or Seafight about this reward issue.

Someone could have easily said on forum "Yo seafighters game is broke y'all wont get rewards soz bruh be fixed soon, peace out!" Sometimes an apology goes a long way with customers is all im saying by simply explaining what you just did.

P.S thanks for the response Nimitz its better than i got from support not heard anything from them!
