Not receiving system issued gold

    Why did I receive 30 million gold from system? Why does it not get added to my balance? See copy of issue below.

    Below is what was posted in the LOGBOOK - note 30 million gold System Credited which was not added to the balance shown above

    Have you tried logging out, and then logging back in? Sometimes that will work. You can also try F5.

    Are we actually supposed to be getting the "system-credited gold" after winning auctions? I have NEVER gotten any of this after winning an auction. I won 6 auctions at 1900 today for $1.7M "SCG". Nothing was credited to my balance. After 7 months of winning auctions, I think you guys owe me about $1B. (No Bitcoin, please) Or is this just a perk for the premium players? Thanks..

    This has been happening to me for many many months. I've asked about it here before, but there doesn't seem to be any real answer. If you are premium you do get a gold rebate (10% of the bid I think) and it does get added to your account, but the entries I see when not premium (99% of the time for me) are always much larger than 10% and the never actually get added to my account. Its just a glitch that I have just ignored.
